AFTER OPENER REBIDS SAME MINOR

After a minor opening followed by a response in a major and a rebid in same minor what are the agreements to continue the bidding by Responder?

In the same way we use New Minor Forcing to ask for 3 cards support in our major or to know more information of opener's hand, here we need establish the agreements about what is a sign-off, what is a invitation hand and what is a Game Force (GF) hand after Opener's minor rebid.

RULE#1: After Opener bids 1 and rebids 2 Responder's relay in 2 is an antificial bid that promise 10+ hcp and is asking for support of 3 cards in our  major bided or more explanation of Opener's hand and strength - one-round force:

RULE#2: After Opener bids 1 and rebids 2 Responder's relay in 3 it is an artificial bid that establish Game Force (GF) and asks for support in our major bided or more explanation in Opener's hand and strength:

Thus Responder will use two artificial bids for GF auction:
Opener Responde
 1        1 major
 2        2 <= asking for support, one-round force 10+ hcp
Opener Responder
 1        1 major
 2        3 <= artificial bid asking for support GF 12+ hcp

LETS EXEMPLIFY THE SIGN-OFF, INVITATION AND GF:

examples of sign-off after Clubs rebid are:
Opener Responder
 1         1
 2          ?
            pass <= obvios sign-off
                         QJ543 K1083 J2 J3  or  QJ543 K1083 J32 3
             2   <= 54+ sign-off - asking for partner choose the major
                         QJ543 K10832 J2 3  or  KJ543 KJ108 J532
             2   <= also a sign-off showing 6+ cards and less than 10 hcp
                          QJ9843 10832 K2 3  or  KJ5432 K8 J5432 -
Opener Responder
 1         1
 2          ?
            pass <= obvios sign-off
                          QJ54 K10832 J2 J3  or  QJ5 K10832 J932 3
             2   <= also a sign-off showing 6+ cards and less than 10 hcp
                           QJ98 K109832 Q2 3  or  K875 QJ1087 J532 -

examples of invitation response hand after Clubs rebid are:
Opener Responder
 1       1
 2         ?
           2nt  <= showing 10-11 hcp and stopper in all unbids
                        QJ983K108 K102 J3  or K1084 K8 AJ1052 97
            3   <= showing 10-11 hcp with 3 cards support
                         AJ9882 KQ102 J83  or J10842 Q8 A52 K97
            3   <= showing 55 and 10-11 points based in distribution
                         AJ9822 KJ1092 83  or KJ1082 4 KQ1092 73
                         here is very important that a jump invitational must
                         promise 2 cards in partner's suit because in other
                         case this could produce a misfit hand if Opener has 7
            3   <= showing 55 and 10-11 points based in distribution
                         KQ982KJ1082 2 83  or Q108432 AQJ98 - 97
            3   <= showing 6+ with 10-11 points
                         AQ9832QJ8 2 J63  or KJ75432 AJ9 7 J9
            In these invitation hands Opener could rebid his long 7 cards
            suit if he is singleton or void in Respnder's suits and may
            pass with minimum and 2 cards support; assuming that
            Responder has 2 cards in Clubs to avoid misfit.

Opener Responder
 1        1
 2         ?
             2  <= 45 or even 56 hand with up to 11 hcp and
                         denies Diamonds stopper so if Opener bids 3, 2nt or
                         3 showing also minimum Responder can pass - from
                         Opener's point of view this hand can be a misfit if he is
                         3-46 or 3136 so with 3 cards he can pass!?
                         KJ97A10986 Q2 73  or K10984 KQ10832 6 9
                         we use in the valuation of hand strength +1 point for
                         a suit with 5 cards and +2 points for a suit with 6 cards
                         so we do not count void or singleton in valuation
            2nt  <= showing 10-11 hcp and stopper in all unbid suits
                        QJ92A1084 K102 J3  or K1084 K8 AJ1052 97
            3   <= showing 10-11 hcp with 3 cards support
                         AJ98 82 KQ102 J83  or Q1094 KQJ8 92 Q109
            3   <= showing 55 and 10-11 points based in distribution
                         AJ9822 KJ1092 83  or KJ1082 - AJ10952 72
            3   <= 6+ 10-11 hcp - promise 2 cards in Clubs
                         32 KJ10832 A2 J63  or K32 AJ98765 7 Q9

examples of GF hands after Clubs rebid are:
Opener Responder
 1        1
 2        2 <= relay "GF" asking for explanation (need 10+ hcp)
                       of course in case of misfit the GF could be aborted!
  ?
 2
  <= 64 or 54 - denies 3 cards
             Responder with 10-11 hcp may consider a misfit hand so no GF
             Responder with
KQ832 K82 Q82 Q3 may pass or bid 3
             Responder with
K98432 A9 K7 Q92 bids 3 invitation
 2  <= 3 minimum
J83K8Q8AQJ543 or 932K82Q82AK8653
             Responder can pass with just 10-11 hcp or make a negative
             trial bid in his weak 3 cards suit asking for support
             or just bidding 2nt with weak Spades in a 5332 distribution
             with only 11 hcp and Opener decides
 2nt <= minimum no 3 - Responder may pass
Q2K82AJKJ7653
             Responder shorter in Clubs and 10-11 hcp may pass
 3  <= deny support - minimum 6/7 cards
2 K82 A3 KQJ7653
             Responder nay pass with 10-11 hcp and shorter in Clubs
 3  <= 64/54 minimum

3K3AQ32AJ9543 or 3K2KJ98AK6532
             Responder with 10-11 hcp may pass - possible misfit hand
 3  <= 3 with a top honor - maximum GF
K83 A8 82 AK9843
             Responder 4 is sign-off else is try to Slam with cuebids
 3nt <= to play based in good Clubs - maximum 15-17 hcp

3 Q108 A8 AKQ10543  or  3 K8 K2 AKJ10653
             Responder may pass or try Slam with cuebids
 4  <= Splinter with support in Spades and singleton

AK3 82 J8 AKJ1053  or KQ3 K8 Q2 KQJ1065
 4
  <= Splinter with support in Spades and singleton

 AK3 82 J8 AKJ1053 or KQ3 K8 Q2 KQJ1065
 4
  <= Support with 2 top honors and good Clubs

AK3 82 J8 AKJ1053  or  KQ3 K8 Q2 KQJ1065
 5  <= to play based in long Clubs - weak distributional hand
             Responder may try Slam only if have first control in the other
             suits with good hand and with support in Clubs may bid 5nt
             asking to Opener bid 7 if have AK in his long suit.

examples of GF hands after Diamonds rebid are:

WHEN THE MINOR REBID IS IN JUMP OR TO 3NT

Some partnership have special agreement to show opener strong minor:

1- Opener rebids to level 2
Opener Responder
  1
         1 major
  2  <= up to 16 hcp (not good) QJ109xxx or AQ7xxxx or AQJ87x
Opener Responder

  1         1 major
  2  <= up to 16 hcp (not good) KQ98xx or AJ8xxxx or AK5432

2- Opener rebids to level 3
Opener Responder
  1
        1 major
  3  <= 16-17 hcp
(good suit) AKQ109x or KQJ10xxx
Opener Responder
  1        1 major
  3  <= 16-17 hcp (good suit) AKQxxx or AKJxxxx

3- Opener jump to 3nt
Opener Responder
  1
        1 major
 3nt  <= 18-19 hcp (solid suit) AKQJxx or AKQ7654
Opener Responder
  1
        1 major
 3nt  <= 18-18 hcp (solid suit) AKQJxx or AKQxxxx

Note: when Opener has doubts betweewn just rebid his minor or jump to level 3 a good parameter to decide is the suit bided by Responder.
Suppose Responder bids 1 and Opener has x AQx AKQ109x
Jxx then preventing against an embarrasing rebid of 3 Opener could just rebid 2, but switching Clubs by Spades: jxx AQx AKQ109x x now jump to 3 is much good than just 2.

The Botton Line
A minor rebids to 3nt shows a solid 6 or 7 cards or at least a good suit like KQJ10xxx with 18-19 hcp having stoppers in the unbid suits.
